How do I create a new habit?

Tap the "+" button on the main screen to add a new habit. You can customize the name, frequency, and reminders.

How do I track my progress?

Simply tap on a habit to mark it as complete for the day. Your streaks and statistics are automatically tracked.

How do I restore my purchases?

Go to Settings and tap on "Restore Purchases" to restore any previous purchases.

Is my data backed up?

Your data is stored locally on your device. We recommend enabling device backups to prevent data loss.
